When was it constructed and how long has it been in service:
(3) PS tanks were formed and poured out from 8/1/24 – 12/17/24 and have been in service since January. The month of July was used to prep/cut materials and clean the first tank.
Dimensions:

Circumference of PSTs = 530ft each (area covered by Danby liner)
Height of Danby panels – 8’3”

Tanks have been visually observed from outside and no deterioration is present.

Methodology

Ventilation and odor control used:
N/A – open tanks
Rehab method used:
1” Flat Panels installed vertically, SS supports horizontally, #5 rebar @ 12” EW on the interior face.
Cleaning method used (if required) and who cleaned the line:
Heavy duty pressure washer (40k psi) to clean the PST walls
Method of flow bypass or diversion, if used:
N/A, tanks were drained ahead of work.

Hurdles

Problems encountered during construction:
During first lift of grout on some sections, minimal leakage through the bottom, added some kicker supports and issue was solved.
